My house is haunted, no joke.
I live ina 100+ yr old victorian home and when we bought it there wasn't even modern style locks on any of the doors. Each door had a skeleton key bolt lock, which obviously we added deadbolts to the main doors and never used the skeleton locks. About 6 months after we added the dead bolts, a friend of mine was over and my entire family was present when all of the old skeleton locks on the outside doors(which take a little muscle to lock them..) all locked simultaneously, effectively locking everyone in the house. It took us about an hour to find the skeleton keys to unlock the doors because they weren't where we put them. The next day all of the bolts for them were removed.
We also hear foot steps in our 2nd floor hallway regularly, it usually starts out as a door opening then slamming closed, the sound of footsteps across the hallway to another room, the door opens and then slams.
There was an old man who passed in the house, we regularly see his figure around the steps to the 2nd floor. He has also been known to push grown men down the steps. At first I didn't believe that when I was told about it, until I saw my step dad literally hurled down the steps and almost through a window.
Stuff is always turning up missing, only to reappear right where it was left a short time later. The 3rd floor attic light turns on by itself.
Sometimes we even hear singing.

You can do something for Love...
You can do something for Money...
But there is nothing quite so satisfying as doing something out of Spite.
