Has anyone ever seen an SVT in an auction? The guy we get our cars from likes to buy them in auctions more then off other peoples lots. I was wondering if anyone knows of one in an auction or anything?

I think Cindy's was an auction car.

I bought mine new. Off the dealer lot. I'm the only owner and always will be.

Problem with auction, you don't get to ask the history of the car. Here in KY, if you buy a used car, they need to provide info about previous owner so you can call and ask about maintenance and if it has been wrecked.

Just my 2 cents.

There are usually SVT's on ebay, you can ask the owner, but you don't get to see in person and test drive. That seems a little scary. My brother in law bought a '94 RX-7 off of ebay, went to Georgia to pick it up. Turned out to be as described.

u guys are lucky...here in michigan its forbidden for the dealership to tell the history of the car.

And terribly sorry that you can't see the beauty behind something that isn't fast, or the best engineered, or a work of art!! Man you keep that kind of attitude towards women you ain't never gonna get any!!! Sometimes there is more to a car than the spec sheet!!!! It's not all about pulling G's on a skidpad, or running down the 1/4 mile. There is more to life w/cars than that!! What about everday enjoyment? what about style? what about attitude? what about personalization? I think I can safely say that I have the most personalized car in the group. Yea Paul has an engine swap thats cool! yea Chris has a race car that cool too! But to be quite honest I wouldn't trade the truck for anything else right now. I like the looks. I'm happy with the performance. and to be quite honest since I'm paying for it I don't give a phuck if you like it or not.

So on that note why don't you say we call it a truce and leave each others rides alone?? K??? Thanx!!!!
