when it's cold it rasps alot, which is the only problem. As it warms up it sounds great. It is loud, but only when you get on the gas hard or let off and use engine braking. The most drone comes with engine braking. Long drives aren't annoying for me (I live 30 mins from the closest major town), the car is basically silent. (, about as much noise as any car I've driven with a cat-back.)
The couple of horsepower is supposed to be dyno proven. I imagine that the resonator removal adds more than the muffler removal. I've heard a muffler-less SVT and think it's too quiet.
You missed my first sentance.. On an *SVT*, it makes a huge difference - The drone is unbelievable.. Trust me, I had it on my car for close to 5 months, and people couldn't believe it when they heard it.
