Do the KKM tru-rev intake (about $100 or buy a used one off the classifieds for less), buy a used SVT exhaust off someone here on the CEG ($100 or less) and don't waste your money on a Chip (just my opinion laugh ... don't flame me) . I did loads of research on the whole chip thing with my '95 SE ATX & about the only thing that could be guaranteed was that my top-speed limiter would be gone ... BIG DEAL ! The ATX learns your driving style & does a fine job shifting where you want it to . If you drive it hard , it will shift harder & higher . Trust me , I drove mine very hard . Including auto-crossing & drag racing on occasion .
I'd spend that Chip money on some aesthetic mods , or maybe a REAR strut tower brace (although that cuts down on your space a bit when you must fold down your rear seat to haul something) .
Or if you want a pretty good bang-for-the-buck mod , buy a GOOD set of tires . That will help with the handling of the car FAR more than any mod will on your '95 SE . That car is set up pretty darn good as-is .
Good luck with your '95 SE & have fun with it ... I sure did laugh !
