I can buy a 2000 Zetec for 4K right now if I want. But I am not going to drop another 15K in parts to get a return of 2K in a few years! confused

So, back to the Porche dealership I go. :p [/b]
4 Grand? Damn I could use a second car. laugh BTW Mike what do you invest in? Stock market, bonds, what? I am just getting started with my investments. You seem to be doing well with yours. Just want to play follow the leader if possible. laugh [/b]
Actually, I have a wide range of investments that consist of biotech stocks and investment properties. My investment properties helped me through the rough times during 9/11. And actually, I have sold quite a few shares just to break even a few months ago.

The stock market is not a safe game to play right now.

Thanks for your cryptic advice. wink I am trying to avoid the stock market right now. I have some stocks that I bought at an extremely low price and I am hoping that they will gain money if and when the stock market turns around.

We will probably be old and gray before the stock market returns the gains it once had during the 90's when tech stocks went through the roof.

Those days are long gone!

Was a customer at a crack house for the rich. laugh

Nah, took over a bank foreclosure and made 10K off the sale on a 30 year conventional loan.

Reinvested into some complexes that gave a yearly return of 15K in pocket and reinvest into other areas.

Basically, I am just flipping money over and over again while buying and enjoying my toys. laugh

Funny that you ask that question. One of my friends name Dan did that and currently has over 20 houses in the Grand Rapids area that he rents out. I didnt go through this program since everything Carlton preaches is just common sense and available public information.

I showed you that land in Hawaii, remember Colter? You could have packed up, and moved over there.

But then you would miss our meets, so I guess you can't go. laugh
