The SVT does have an oil cooler and it looks like you have found it. Personally, I don't think that you need to worry about a different oil cooler unless you are involved in extreme racing, and even then I doubt that you really need it.
There are other opinions out there. BAT thinks that their oil cooler is a big improvement over the SVT factory unit. You might want to visit their web site and see what you think.
