Colter, it's done. I snapped some pics. Basically it's this:
1 piece of plexi glass, bent 90 degrees
1 hole cut for the MAF,
1 semi-circle cut (so it sits on the trans. mount)
I'm going to get some rubber tubing to put around the inner edges of the hole and the outside edges...it'll look nicer and sit a little better, too.
