EDIT: Oh, Jose, I haven't yet.
I haven't been able to find any 98+ taillamps that aren't expensive as all hell.
It will probably happen before the end of the month though, taillamps or not. As soon as I schedule time in with the body man the rear handles/antenna/welds/trunk lock will be shaved.
