the econoline has the triton v-8 and no insides that might work,lower that, new suspension,and s/c,go pimpin' in the van

actually Rousch is doing developement work on the Taurus- (hint mabey SVT or mabey just a Rousch package)
this from a rousch duratec engineer!

I think a SVt Excursion would be an extreme oddball. The problem I'd see with it, is making something an Excursion fast... The Lightning motor wouldn't even be able to do it. Have to make a specific motor just for it, and it's going to be a beast... I just don't see that any of those will be done. The Sport Trac is perhaps the most likely.

how about an SVT Crown Vic. Have the sucker lowered with 20's. Something like the bowtie people did to the IMPALLA SS

thats what the SHO is there for...at least last time i checked. i voted for explorer..its been around long enough and is good enough to become a SVT suv, with 18" rims, and the 3.0 duratech, or a new 3.5l high performance engine for a suv...with a 500W sound system stock...oh yeah..thats what im talkin about

but if any...ford could pull a t-bird on the contour...re-design it...and bring it back in a couple years....even better while we wait...make a t-bird a SVT cool
