I took it to David and he is the one who told me the $2700. I am checking around to see if i can find parts any cheaper but its not looking good. I am not sure what all need to be replaced, the block for sure but other than that we would have to open it up to find out. Something blew out and all the oil drained out while it was going down the road and then it just started making a grinding sound and smoking like hell. So I think the pistons are probably fried.
