Sammy, what part of NJ are you from?? I'm from southern NJ (AC area) but am now in central jersey (new brunswick). In both areas I have seen trouble with those lights. A friend of mine has gotten two tickets so far on his cavalier. And they're not cheap tickets, in the 2xx range. I think for the most part you're probably ok but it really depends on where you are and how the cops are. They're strict as hell up here so I'm not chancing it, AND I wanna get my windows done all the way around but I can't because of them! grrr
The fogs are easy as hell to change. My biggest problem was getting under the car (no jack here). Just pop off the little window things underneath the car and reach in and twist the light outa the housing. Very simple. I upgraded to the 50w 885's. It's a nice bright light.
