Here the method I used: Draw a 3" circle on a piece of cardboard and cut it out. Cut the circle in half and use one of the half circles as a template to draw a cresent on your valance where the exhaust tips need to come through. Use a coping saw to cut out the cresent and finish with a dremel and fine grinding stone. The hard part is getting the mufflers tucked up high enough.
