Hey Guys...

Does anyone here have a Green 1995 Contour SE?

I pulled up next to him last night at about 6:34 on University Ave. Just in front of U of W. Looked to be in his 20's.

Anyone of you?

I know someone with a light green GL '95.

I'm sometimes around campus, dark red SE.

What's your car look like?

Dark red SE?? I'm sometimes at campus with one too. 1995. What does yours look like? Mine is stock, chrome bumper strips, 5 spoke polished wheels. (Not the one at campus that is the exact same, but with sunroof. No sunroof in the SE for me, only in the SVT)Next week if the weather is good, I'll be at campus with a Silver E1 SVT.

Nope. It was a 95 SE for sure. Had those nasty chrome bumper stripes, and the SE body skirts, and the fogs. It was kinda dark, but I think it was dark green in colour.

My car is a 1995 SE MTX. (Also with nasty chrome stripes.) Dark Red in colour. "Current Red" they call it as far as I know.

I'm usually on campus 3 to 4 times a week.

So there are 3 of us out there at UW with Dark Red SE's? Two of which are 95's without sunroofs... I haven't seen any of the others yet.

Where do you guys park when you're on Campus with your Contours?

I don't own mine, so I normally only drive it at night. So then I park in SSC parking lot. I normally drive to my night class on Thursday, and I always park at Saugeen then.

Next week I'll park at Huron Flats, With the SVT, unless the weather is bad, then I'll be stuck driving a 1999 F150.

I like the Chrome strips. Have you seen the 1995-1997 without them? Looks like crap, very cheap looking.

Oh and the colour is "Electric Current Red"... haha Get the joke?
Alnost as good as my friend's Anti-Establishmint Maverick (green).

Hmm... I have no idea what the SSC lot is, or Saugeen, or Huron flats.

Really? You like the chrome stripes? I really wanted a 96 so I could get it without the chrome. I don't like it at all. Plus your much easier to spot when flying down the highway. There are much fewer contours on the road with chrome strips then those without. Therefore, harder to blend in.

95seped, are you at UWO?
Doesn't sound like any lot at Waterloo.

Mine is the 2nd gen, Cabernet red, no sunroof. I was living at Villages, just transfered to UW Apartments, but I still have my V1 parking sticker, so park there once in a while. A guy in my class drives a 1st gen GL, light green.

Question -- How many CEGers does it take to explain that UW, or U of W, or University of Waterloo is not the same as UWO - the University of Western Ontario (in London, ON)...

sorry guys -- found this amusing as you all got more and more confused.

Damn... I gotta read this stuff better...

Who the hell calls Waterloo U of W?

It's Waterloo.
Your all jealous of us here at UWO and want it to sound like your from a good school, right?

Man talk about confusing.

damn now that I think of it, it's University Drive, not University Ave. here.
