i need to know where to hook up the green wire.. where is the ground on the coil?

I have done this mod. Purple wire on the coil. That's all there is to it. Just don't ask how i figured it out

which purple wire? because i already had tapped into a purple wire and it only worked with the 3000rpm pill when i put the 6900rpm pill in it it wouldn't work.

well i called the guys over at autometer and they said to hook it up to the wire harness that goes to the computer.the wire you hook it up to is in pin#48 it is white with a black stripe and this works hokked it up yesterday..thanks for the help though
