Haha... There is your first problem... Don Seely. Go over to Harold Ziegler and tell Kevin Boonstra that Steve Chang sent you... He is a great guy to deal with. I've never had problems with them, since they are a BMW dealership too (gotta have higher standard than the bums across the street). I've had warranty work done there, and tell them the trouble you've had over at Don Seely and they will treat you real nice!!

Tell Harold Zieglers that Don Seely placed the order for the Dash recall and you would like them to put it in, OR just have Harold Zieglers get the dash and do the recall.
