I got a ticket coming home the other day in Indiana....does anyone know my chances of getting this ticket tossed out of court. The officer was a state policeman. I guess what I really want to know is should I pay it, contest it, or plea bargain? If I contest it and the cop shows and I lose do I pay any extra fines or anything...? I know if I contest it and the cop doesn't show that I automatically win...but what really are the chances of that?
