Not unless you drive through puddles up to your fog lights. Here's something I posted in a different thread:
BTW, you all may be interested in knowing I just completed a 2000+ mile roadtrip w/ the kit that involved some very heavy rain in TX and NM. I didn't feel any water on the cone when I checked (even though the heat may have evaporated it before I pulled over).
Just FYI for those in the rainier climes.
