The voltmeter you hook up to any power source.I hook up mine to the fuse box no special one.The oil pressure goes under the throttle body towards the back a little you will see a screw with a allen wrench head"gold color" on It you put the sensor that came with the gauge into It.I'm going to do mine this weekend.The oil temp I don't know.Hope It helps a little.
