All I know is you don't want anything too aggressive. It will hurt your idle
But then again you want to run high boost/nitrous.
A while back I spoke to madmole (192HP N/A 2L Mondy) and he has 273/272 which looks to be in the middle, not too aggressive and not too clost to stock. Let us know if you find anything else out.
