I'm not sure about the price but I can help some. To adjust the rear you sort of lay across the inside of the trunk and you'll see the top of the strut tower. take your adjustment knob and mark the sides with a marker at 12 and six O'clock(to help count turns). Now pull back the carpet and place the knob on the adjuster. At this point you use the marks to count the turns. I have mine at one full turn from full soft in the rear and one half in the front. About the tires , the wear shouldn't be to bad with H&Rs. Good luck.
