There's no ES insert for the rear mount aka roll restrictor. 3M WindoWeld works well .
If you want to use the front one, you need the buy the SVT mount and mod it slightly. There's a thread around here somewhere (General Mods maybe?) where it was discussed in the last day or two. I don't know if the rear mount or bracket is different or not.
The Quaife was in fact designed for the Zetec MTX-75. I've got a copy of an email from Quaife UK to Terry that states that fact.
IIRC, there is a How To entry in the FAQ (under Maintenance?) for the Zetec PCV replacement.
