I have a 95 2.0 mystique. I was contiplating getting the Accel super ignition coil from CTA motorsport. I was wanting some feedback on this mod. Is it worth it? What gains, if any, did it give you? Im also going to get new plugs and wires so any informaton on those would be a great help Thanks.

sparkplugs/ wires/ col packs will not give you HP I would onloy replace your coil pack if it is gong south on you. for wires I went with the ford racing ones I have been happy with them and for plugs I have autolite platinums. if you are stock I would first get an intake from CTA or wait for D Davis to get his out and a performance exaust. for starters. OOH and WELCOME to CEG and the Zetec section.... we have LOTS of fun here

I have the same wires and plugs as zetecracing. (Don't call me a copy cat, they just seemed good... Well, he is the fastest zetec, but anyways.) I am happy with my plugs and wires,,,unless they have something to do with my CEL. I like the added look from the ford wires too. Call BAT if you want them. I got mine for $42 shipped.

I have the Accel coil with the Ford Racing wires and NGK plugs. I have had the coil for over a year and no problems.  Welcome to the CEG.

thanks all.. I already have the cta intake and have done some exhaust work already. They both helped out a lot.

then I would look at getting a chip for the computer or and underdrive pulley next and go from there.

yeah im planning on getting a chip and an underdrive pully kit whenever i get the money. The next step right now is getting a set of SVT E1 rims. I really like those.

and yes it is an atx....but i would much rather have an mtx though
