That must be for the Duratec which uses timing chain AFAIK.
I've seen posts on this forum about broken Zetec timing belts...
It is not that common though, the common understanding was that the belt usually lasts way longer than the Ford recommended (60k or 80k) replace interval.
I've changed mines at 75k and still looked like new, and I've heard about people putting 100-120k miles on their original belt.
