Ram air setups can not be proven on a dyno (standing still and ram air don't go together). A 1/4 track is too short to gain enough speed to take advantage of a ram air set up. So you may never be able to confirm any gains.
I think Pontiac would disagree with you... however their ram air is more a direct shot into the engine that what it trying to be done here.
