Unfortunately, that's not normal.
It means that oil is leaking into your combustion chamber. Could be many things... piston rings, gasket, etc.
I'm sure that having oil in two adjacent cylinders is important in detemining the cause, but I've been lucky enough to never have to deal with this problem myself. We'll have to defer to someone else's expertise on the most likely cause.
