Cost[/b]don't forget gas milage too... they could make a Zetec puting out more hp but at a cost of gas milage but you would thing that doesn't mean anything but the gov. grade the manuffactures on what the fleet milages is. which is why ford now uses 5w20 oil to get a tenth or two better MPG for each car truck and SUV.
