Why yes, I have updates.
I am the 1st Contour with a header.
I took it to the exhaust shop and they tapped the o2 sensor on the other side of the header (due to the spacing problem; look at 1st post). They had to make the downpipe and they tapped the 2nd o2 sensor. The hi flow cat was relocated in place of the flex pipe. My 1st thoughts is IT IS LOUDER! I can feel more mid range power and a little more low end power. I will hopefully get numbers soon.
WARNING! This costly project!
I paid $275 for the black header (they don't have any ceramic). I paid $180 for the exhaust modification and $75 for the high flow cat.
