You can feel the difference from those cleaners when you add them, but soon lose the power. I'm sure they help to clean a little, but the only way they would really work is to use them often as soon as you buy a car new. There are yearly cleaners and 3000 mile cleaners. They burn good, so if you ever need some extra power(not for street racing though
) add one to your tank.
