It's a little louder. It is lower in pitch with more decibels.
The rear muffler is 2.5 inch with an expansion from the stock piping.
I did not go up in piping diameter b/c I wanted to see what the stock piping would be like. Also, the stock pipe is mandrel-bent and the new pipe would not have been
After speaking with some of the exhaust gurus on CEG, they concurred that the stock mandrel pipe would flow better than a 2.25 crush bent.
Don't know if that is the case but they made a very strong argument.
Right now, I don't think an increase in pipe diameter will do much for my set up as I have a stock header and cat so the restriction before the flex joint is still the biggest issue.
