Man, last night was a nightmare. We got there late. As soon as we were in the staging lanes, they had the 30 min. or so intermission. Once everything got going, it went down like this:

Run 1: I'm really not sure. I was looking at the slips this morning and realized this first run doesn't have my number on it mad I guess they gave me the wrong one frown

Run 2: 60' time bit big time (2.7xx). Missed the 2-3 shift and ended up running a 17.3xx at ~81.7

Run 3: Had a passenger. 60' was about the same as the other. Ended up with a 17.22x at ~81.9.

That's all I got to do before it was over. The only difference in my technique was that I power-shifted this time instead of the old-fashioned method. Wonder if this hurt me somehow once underway.

That's probably the end of it for me. I don't know that I'll be going back this summer; I'm too disgusted with last night to care right now.

I know the car pulls gears quicker because I've measured the difference in time for pulls before/after the mods.

It's faintly possible the CEL from the TB may have had something to do with my lower trap speeds. Maybe the car is in "Safe Mode" because of it; I'm not certain though because I haven't put it on the dyno since.

Anyway, maybe I'll set my sites for AutoX instead. I just don't think I have the capability to launch this car worth a crap. I concede that you are still the fastest Zetec'd 'tour here. Maybe you should try my car smile
