Hi. Just joined the forums, so sorry for the delayed response.
According to the '98 wiring diagrams I have, both CEL and O/D off lights come from BK/OG wires. The CEL wire is 0.5sq.mm, while the OD off wire is 0.35sq.mm... so presumably the thin BK/OG is OD off while the thicker is CEL.
Swap these and you should be in good shape.
