You wanna know something weird....? If what you say is true...the 95s are cable driven.... well I have a 95 and my sport cluster is electronic!!! I have the tach and the speedo, and its electronic, and its a 95!! any thoughts?

The cluster I'm hoping to get has the red bar on the right and the white bar on the left with the word "normal" in between them for the temp guage. The fuel guage is different than my 97 as it doesn't have the red bar on the left and doesn't say "1/2" in the center.

It's probably an early 98 then, you should be okay. You may need to swap the fuel guage between your cluster and the new one...sometimes they read backwards between model year clusters. And, the needle on the temp guage may need to be reset so it reads correctly...may read too low or too high right after swap.  smoothy, Got me, are you sure you have a 95??

Well, as much as I hate to agree with Smoothy.....I found a 95 Mystique in a salvage yard by my house that had an electronic cluster.

Hey guys,
Finally got the cluster installed today and have a few questions. First, does anyone have a wiring diagram with specific functions (CEL, O/D off) outlined for the two harnesses coming from the dash (color/function)? I'd like to cut and solder the two wires that control my CEL and O/D off so that they work correctly. As it is right now, my O/D off light is functioning as my CEL (not a big deal), but when I press the O/D button nothing comes on (I would have assumed my CEL would have come on). Any help will be very appreciated. Second, is there a cluster light that indicates your fog lights are on? I'm pretty sure the cluster has one and just wanted to know how I could get it to work.

You need to replace the bulb for the CEL it's burt out. Just take it out of your old cluster.
