The biggest problems I see right now is that the ATX and MTX TB's are different for one. Secondly, we'd need to find a TB that has similar linkage to keep modifications minimal. All will not be lost though, I did a TB swap on a '93 Escort to one off of a 3.8 Taurus without a hitch. I still have the thick gauge steel to make several throttle cable brackets if I have to too.
Most likely, we'll get something that comes close without needing an adapter plate too...
