I'm throwing on the SVT exhaust on my Zetec, and i wanted to know if anyone knew exactly how long the straight extender pipe is that i'm going to need? TIA

I believe that it is 5-6" Not positive though.

You doing the install yourself? I would get a foot of extra pipe just to make sure you have enough. I don't recall how long it is. It has been 9-10 months since I had mine installed.

any other tips on how to hang the second muffler would be much appreciated too

no, i don't have the skill to do it myself, i'm having my new neighbor that works at Meineke help me out.

I'd get 18" worth of pipe for the extension just in case. Better to have extra than not enough...I know the ext is more than 6" but its closer to 12"...maybe a little more.

As for the passenger hanger buy some type of generic hanger and make it work. I believe there is a piece of frame and a couple bolt holes that you could use to mount the hanger.
