i made one from a 3/16 " flat piece of aluminum from home depot. total cost was $1.15 i had to shave a little of the thickness off to make it fit, but it did the job fine for the timing belt change.

What kind and where did you get them? AEM? Esslinger? Can you make a How-to? I'm seriously considering this as my next mod.

Gears are Esslinger from zxtuner. I already have the Service CD. This tool is advertised as a cam lock installation tool?? False Advertising! Where would I get this 3 peg wrench from? I don't remember seeing afore mentioned wrench when I looked in the timing belt change bulletin...then again my vision isn't what it used to be.

Haynes manual tells you all about it and what you would need. Where to get it? Don't know but you can see what it is and maybe that will help. I remember reading about it, but I haven't done it yet.
