I really need to sit down and answer as much as I can here.
Regarding the IAT differences. I wasn't aware of a difference in mount type/size. We'll have to look further into it, but I'm certain we can set each pipe up properly upon order. I'll mention it to Keith. (Damn I wish we had a pre-98 in our group here!).
Cost: Well, I don't even know what the exact cost will be. I could guess, but that would be bad. Let's put it this way, you get what you pay for. The idea is that this will be the highest-quality intake available for us. It will also be very limited-production which will affect cost some.
Now to address each of you w/ questions as much as I can:

Escort1991: I know you need info. I want to give you the info, but I can't right now.
Jim Richards: I don't know how colorful he's planning on making it.
SQPlus: I doubt tbunder will want one, but he's welcome to purchase one :p
DelusionalMind: I don't have hard numbers on 0-60 times. I can, however, tell you that a 3rd gear run before the intake took 12.5 seconds (2500 rpm launch) to reach the rev limiter and after the intake it took 11.0 seconds. In other words, I made it through 3rd gear 1.5 seconds quicker after the pipe was installed. A 3rd gear run from 2500 to limiter is roughly 32mph - 82 mph. Not exactly what you wanted, but something to analyze.

ButtonPuncher: The opening is in the vicinity of the fog lamp. This isn't something I personally worried about being in Arizona, but I can see your concern. I have an idea I'll propose to Keith when he calls me back today. If it works it will be a very nice bonus.
