Like I said, the regulation is just that...a rule...its not breaking the rules if you don't get caught. So, what Florida doesn't require anymore is inspections...which means that you could run without a CAT and not have to worry about inspections.
Now why don't you run off and order up a Focus race header and let us all know how it works...mister CATless boy!!
