Ok then old timer. :p Tell me who would be the Federal organization that will be testing the emissions in my state (and mine alone?). I don't see how the EPA or any other federal org. will do it for one state alone. The others wouldn't allow FL to get away with not paying for it and letting the Feds pick up the tab. The feds aren't going to pay for the whole country to be tested. It boils down to "Who's gonna catch me?"
I'm not doing yet anyway. I'm just getting ideas. BTW, when does my newness wear off of my profile?
