The Red top is for starting, the Yellow top is for storage. Some people say to not use the Yellow top because it is bad for starting. I live in WI and have had my Yellow top in my Honda for three years, and it starts just fine.  Oh yeah, does anyone know where I can get a good looking battry hold-down? My old one was corodded(sp?) from a bad Die Hard.
