Hey everyone.

We have had a few requests so we ended up prototyping something for only ZETEC owners.

We are now offering a complete cat-back for the zetec contours and mystiques. It is 2.25" mandrel bent, 16 gauge stainless steel with your choice of tip size and styles. It is a single and not a dual system. Please visit Brullens website for tips sytles.

Total cost for a system is $475. I will update our website soon to have all this information. I just wanted to inform all those that had contacted us that the prototyping is finsihed and units will be available for shipping over then next couple of weeks.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Unfortunately I do not have dyno data. I zetec we are using for prototyping has a serious tuning issue we need to figure out before we can run dyno testing.

We have seen another zetec based vehcile gain about 4-5HP and 6-8lb-ft of torque (they have built systems for the Focus and the ZX2).

Again, no sound files yet, but the exhaust tone is a little deeper and meaner sounding and not high pitch and whining.

Nice, good work on this Alessandro. Will the 475 include the s/h or no? I'm guessing no but want to be sure. Exhausts can be expensive to ships sometimes. Thanks for the new product!! laugh

I saw theres a resonator on the site. Is that in the system?
475 for 2.25in pipes W/resonator, muffler, and tip. Is that right?

Is it really from the cat on back, or just from the flex pipe?

cat back 475.00?..my dynomax 2.25" exhaust sounds fantastic..it was bent using just a plain pipe bender and a dynomax super turbo muffler and a 2.5 inch tip..if interested i could replicate that for 300.00 or so w/out shipping

96 zetec gl.dynomax exhaust(self bent) KKM intake..Bridgestone Potenza RE-910's...other mods also
87' Ford Thunderbird..Now my daily driver ( the wife uses the contour mostly) true dual exhaust with the super mystery mod.(hey there not even there!) tinted windows and stereo upgrade. the $200 car is starting to be a great car

Luckie...no it does not sound like a whining Honda...like I said..it is deeper and more aggressive soundly (not "ricey").

Yes, it is a 2.25" mandrel bent with a center resonator.

Perry - you are correct, it is from the flex back..sorry I am so used to the duratec system. We are working on headers though for the Zetec, 4-2-1 and 4-1....will know better if we will be offering these sometime in March.

Price is shipping excluded...we can do slightly better pricing if you want to get a group buy going...two levels 5-9units and 10+. Not sure if we have enough interest now...
