Joe has the P/N for the K&N filter
The Mobil 1 P/N is 'M1-209'
The Purolator Pure One is not available for the Zetec in any form or fashion that I have been able to find. There is a P/N for the Focus split port injection version and the filter looks physically very very similiar(but not exact) to ours but its not listed for the Zetec soooo....
Motorcraft is also a widely used, well respected filter for our cars.

:p Smartazz :p

What I meant was that, when looking to alternate oil filters, many Contour owners have stuck with the motorcraft brand because of its quality.

Thanks for watching out for me though... wink

BTW, its 'would' not 'whould'. laugh

The Fram is best selling and available everywhere, but it's got structural parts made of cardboard inside! Plus a lame backflow valve. Internally it's about the flimsiest out of the major brands.

Another once fine company that turned to craap when they got bought out by a conglomerate.
