Jaretednt1 Member J Joined: Aug 2001 Posts: 364	I have 91,000K and running Mobil 1 5w-30. Seems to idle smoother, lowers engine temp. Zetec seems to like it in the winter. I use that and Motorcraft filter. 2002 Mitsui Lancer-Black MTX.
