it works pretty easily.
if you can time your shifts precisely, then its really simple. Just pop it out of gear, and apply a little pressure to the gear you want it in. When the RPMs and the wheelspeed match up, it almost just floats right in.
works perfectly for me if I pay attention, except I can almost never get 4th to work.
