I emailed Bill some time ago about buying the guages etc but there are quite a few parts that make up the cluster and buying them from Ford would just be ridiculous. I don't know if you've ever taken the cluster apart but each little doo da has a part number for it. Email me and I'll send you a diagram I found that shows the guages exploded...should give you a better idea.
I'm not positive but almost nothing would transfer from you old guages to the new cluster...actually...the fuel and temp could work. But the circuit, speedo, tach, and maybe another circuit or its components would have to be bought new...not really worth it since you wouldn't be sure what exactly you needed.
