I'm not having any problems pulling up the Instrument Clusters with a Tac. Here is what you need to do.

Put in the year= 1998
Car= Ford Contour
Part= Speedo
State=ALL (They will ship)

Then on the next screen it will ask you which car you have. 2.0 ATX/MTX; SVT; 2.5 ATX/MTX year of build Etc...

Just go lookon your car at the build date and if it's less or more enter accordingly.

Also in replacing the instrument cluster you void the warrenty and make the car have untrue milage. Ford keeps track of the milage when ever a car is serviced by them so try to find one as close to yours as possible. Mine is off by 7015 miles (less than true) but I have 96,000 miles on the car and no warrenty left.

Also if it says 22K 52K 8K that is milage on the cluster.
AOD/AT is Automatic.
SE/GS/GL/LS are the models.

And if you pay more than $125 your paying too much.
