57mm, never seen an aftermarket TB, cept for the Focus, and that prolly won't work. SP sells a MAF for the Focus that should work.

Focus Central has a 65mm TB for $250. Pretty pricey considering that no-one knows if it will work or not. Also, Sport Compact Car Magazine was fixing up a Focus using the BBK throttle body. If the Focus Zetec TB and the Contour TB are interchangable, the BBK should work. I can't seem to find the BBK Focus Throttle Body anywhere, even on their website. Has anyone had any luck?

That won't fit. I built a new plate for Darrel's induction kit already so I am fairly familiar with the tb. I'd be willing to bore one out, put in a new plate and dyno it if there was some interest.
If it's true that we are here to help others, then what exactly are the others here for?

Which one won't fit, the BBK, the Focus Central, or both? What is different? Mounting holes, size, height, etc?
Thanks in advance for the info.

The stock TB for the Contour Zetec was 55 mm. The critical dimension you want to measure is the throttle plate diameter. The Zetec in the ZX2 and the Contour use similar intake manifolds. The Gude 58 mm TB for the ZX2 Zetec should bolt right on with some minor grinding needed to port matech the TB to the manifold. The image below shows a modified 1996 'Tour 55 mm TB which was bored and polished to take a 57.6 mm throttle plate. Air flow measured on a flow bench was ~18% higher than stock at equivalent pressure drop. I have this one mounted on a 2000 ZX2 S/R. 57.6 mm Zetec throttle body
