Mine was just the opposite. Everything would power up, but the car wouldn't crank. I thought I tested everything, so tonite I bought a circuit breaker so I could see if I could find the break in the wire (I had a wire melt). I put the breaker in where the 20A igntion fuse is in the power block. I got in, unwired all the wires I had used to hotwire the car, turned the key and it started. I didn't know if I should be happy or pissed. It took me four days of tinkering with it, and it was a bad fuse, that I thought I had tested.
On the bright side, I got the dashboard dyed black while I was at it.

Anyway, to make a long story short, CHECK EVERY FUSE!
