What is it 2" or 2.25" please don,t make me go outside and measure. It's cold out there. Oh yeah and I was reading the Nov. issue of Sport Compact Car the wrench report, pipe diameter guidlines for building your own exhaust system were as follows: 1,500cc-2,000cc engines = 2" piping 2,100cc-2,500cc engines = 2.25" and so on and so forth. what is a cc, and How many cc is the 2.0L Zetec? by chance is it 1999cc? I need help. Magnaflows website only shows them having mandrel bent piping in 2.5" and 3" diameters anyway.

If I recall correctly, the tubing is 2" to the cat, and after the cat it changes to 1.75". I am currently running the SVT exhaust which is 2" catback then split to 2.25" piping when it branches out as duals. (I think those are the right demensions)
As for the engine size,1L = ~1000cc, so 1999cc sounds about right. You should be fine up to about 2.25" piping all the way through. Anything more than that would probably cause a decrease in performance.

Almost...your dimensions are backwards. Its 2.25 CAT back then splits to 2" in front of the gas tank.
