It means that your Bank 2 catalytic converter is screwed. But don't worry about that, because you don't have a Bank 2 catalytic converter. This is rather similar to the reason that you are probably seeing massive failures on cylinders five through eight.
My point in starting this thread is to wonder whether my failing
EGRUPHDIS/EGRDNHDIS results are the same sort of thing, or whether they reflect actual problems with my EGR valve (which I already know to have problems). Since your car, with no known EGR issues, also produces failing
EGRUPHDIS/EGRDNHDIS results, I think I have my answer.
