OK, here is how it is going to work with the brass gear. You send me the bad motor with the stripped gear, I fix it with the fairly permanent fix, and send it back to you.
We haven't come up with a price for it yet, because we need to see how much metal it will use, but it should be around $50-$60. There has been at least one person that has gone through two motors and is on his third. This fix will probably outlast the whole car.
